We also extend the option of direct billing (also called assignment) for those insurance plans that allow for it. A valid credit card must be on file.
As a courtesy, we send out emails, texts or phone calls based on your preferences to you 2-3 weeks before your next appointment is due. We make reminder calls, emails or texts two days before all appointments. Although we will make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment.
Due to continuous high demand for prime appointment times, we require a minimum of two business days’ notice per appointment should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Where insufficient notice is given, a missed appointment fee may be charged to you, or we may require you to prepay to reserve your next appointment.
