Dr. Leila Akbarihamed was born and raised in Iran. After receiving her dentistry degree, she practiced in a rural area close to her hometown for a year before immigrating to Canada.
Arriving in Canada, she spent her first year doing research work at the University of Alberta and later before receiving her Canadian license in dentistry. She worked for several years as a dental assistant in Calgary.
Dr. Leila likes working with all age groups and enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.
In her spare time, she spends time with family and friends and she enjoys the local outdoor activities that living in Calgary offers her.
