Maria

Maria comes to us from Cranbrook, BC, where she worked as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant for 9 years before deciding to go back to school to become a Dental Hygienist. She attended the Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene in Hamilton, ON, graduating in January 2007. Upon graduating, she decided to make Calgary her new home.
Maria takes pride in her ability to relate to children and her passion for child hygiene. She enjoys spending time to get to know her patients and strives to create caring and trusting relationships.

Gina

Born and raised in Labrador, Gina attended Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John’s graduating with a B.Sc. in Biology. She then continued on to John Abbott College in Quebec, where she received her Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2000.

Kelly

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, ON, Kelly attended Confederation College and graduated in 1988 in Dental Assisting and in 1991 in Dental Hygiene. Kelly lives in NW Calgary with her husband, son and cat “Sniper”.

Pam

Pam received her training at the University of Alberta in 2008 and has been a hygienist with our office since February 2010. Her commitment to dentistry is evident through her work. She is conscientious and compassionate. Pam truly feels that Dental Hygiene is a dynamic field and loves every opportunity to share her education and understanding of oral health with others.

Shummy

Shummy is an outstanding Dental Hygienist with over 10 years experience. She received her training at the College of New Caledonia in Prince George, BC. Since 2000, Shummy has practiced Hygiene in Calgary, joining our team in early 2007. Shummy takes pride in her warm and sincere personality and compassion and care towards her patients.

Fahreen

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Fahreen received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Guelph and her Diploma in Hygiene at George Brown College.  Fahreen decided to pursue hygiene as it combines her love of working with her hands as well as interacting with people.  For Fahreen, hygiene not only represents the union of science and technology but also an important avenue of promoting overall health.  Her goal in hygiene is to have at least 50% of her patients as regular flossers.

Sonja

Sonja received her Dental Hygiene Diploma from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario in 2006 and has been a hygienist at our clinic since 2009. As a hygienist, Sonja enjoys educating her patients on their oral health needs. She believes that each patient is an individual and deserves to be treated as such. Her kind, caring personality help our patients feel at home in our office and comfortably relaxed during their appointments.

Andrea

Andrea attended the Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene graduating with a diploma in Hygiene in December 2008. Since then, she has developed a strong passion in helping others improve their oral health. She believes that patient education and preventive care are of top priority. Andrea loves to travel and experience the adventures life has to offer.
